Digital Passport

Digital Passport — a smart solution that enables rapid, on-demand production while removing the need for physical spare-part storage. Each component is given a secure digital identity containing all data required for reproduction via CNC or additive manufacturing. The process begins with 3D scanning and modeling, followed by linking material and manufacturing data. A unique Digital Passport, tagged with aQR or RFID code , is then created and stored for future use. When needed, the part can be instantly reproduced from this digital record. With OIG’s Digital Passport Service, companies gain immediate access to production-ready part data, achieving faster repairs, reduced downtime, and smarter, more sustainable operations.
